when/where are the chat logs?
The prior day's chat log is posted between 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM ET everyday on the watch list page.
When are the emails sent out?
The emails should be treated as game plans and watch lists, not alerts. The morning email typically out at 9:00 AM ET and the afternoon email varies more but is typically out by 2:30 PM ET.
